HO Gauge Dedicated LED Interior Lighting Our HO gauge LED interior lighting has been developed with a strong commitment to three key principles: uniform illumination without lighting irregularities, low power consumption, and excellent color quality with high color rendering performance (CRI). Although HO gauge vehicles have approximately four times the interior volume of N gauge vehicles, many products on the market continue to use lighting units originally designed for N gauge models. We believe this approach falls far short of delivering the level of illumination that HO models deserve. For this reason, we have developed an interior lighting system specifically engineered for HO gauge rolling stock. Retaining all the advantages of our unique Flat Reflector design—which can be cut to virtually any required length without compromising performance—this system delivers truly uncompromising lighting effects. One of its most innovative capabilities is the reproduction of cocktail lighting and other sophisticated lighting schemes. Multiple lighting colors can be incorporated within a single coach, such as in a half-Green Car configuration, allowing modelers to faithfully recreate the distinctive atmosphere of modern railway interiors. Because HO scale models are often viewed through their windows and interiors, realism is especially important.
