Even with thorough cleaning, rails and wheels will gradually deteriorate due to the accumulation of contaminants. To help prevent such buildup, we have developed a specialized coating agent. Its primary ingredient is a unique flake-shaped PTFE (Teflon) material. Originally, this premium-grade compound was used as a finishing treatment for high-end musical instruments and other fine products.

To form a durable PTFE coating correctly, heat treatment above 300°C is normally required. However, this product is designed for easy and convenient application. Please note that without heat treatment, a permanent coating film will not be formed and the protective effect will gradually diminish over time.

We recommend applying it especially in hard-to-reach areas, such as tunnels and other locations where regular maintenance is difficult.
